I've been away from the states for the better part of 6 months. I recently returned, and found that my droid 2 is not updating to gingerbread!

In my about phone settings I see system version 2.3.20.A955, android version 2.2

I can download the update, which shows as 4.5.601.en.us (105.7MB). After successfully downloading the update, my phone reboots to install. It get's about 25% in, then shows an exclamation mark and gives me an error. When it reboots, it goes into clockwork recovery. When I reboot again after that, I get an "Update failed!" message.
Someone help, I would love some gingerbread right about now. :/

I want to upload to YouTube, but they're all longer than 10 minutes, so can anyone recommend how to split video? Movie Maker splits the video, but I can't save the new clips as splitting video.
